Acarologia, Acarina and Persian Journal of Acarology are free to publish and read. Systematic and Applied Acarology is free to publish and, by becoming a sustaining member of the Acarological Society of America, you get access to the journal (a bargain considering the amount of work that journal publishes). Journal of the Acarological Society of Japan costs the price of yearly membership to publish and is free to read. International Journal of Acarology is free to publish but expensive to read (or by paying a large fee, your paper will be free to read). I'm not sure what Experimental and Applied Acarology is but, as it is under a large publishing company like IJA, I suspect it is the same as IJA.
Apologies if I forgot a journal - but you can see that we have plenty of options in Acarology.
