First you should try to publish in no fee journal. You can make a request for a free publication. Some times open access journals also need interesting data

But, i want share you key point for your publications.

Do not compromise with publication charges, pay whatever, because its education. While, in case of me, i not compromise, i not go to 5 stare hotel to eat expansive, but i do finish all money on books, papers etc,

I think I have good data and a well defined report with interesting results and execution plans which can be adopted by public or private sector organizations.

I will try and publish it in Euro international journals and proceed from there. 75 euros is not much and As suggested by Ramez Saeed I will not compromise the quality and exposure of my article just because of the higher publication fee. It makes sense to make a compromise between cost and exposure/quality/impact with a good balance between the two.

I have feeling, that MOST of the paid journal, stating Open Access, and asking for manuscripts, are not worth even 15 cents.

in Life sciences, there certainly are many journal without fee.
