I am seeking to calculate the critical velocity of the solidification front for the Al-TiC system, under the assumption that no other phases are present. For this calculation, I require data on the interfacial energies between liquid-particle (Slp) and solid-particle (Ssp) interfaces. I've been searching for these data for an extended period of time, but I have been unable to locate them anywhere in the scientific literature.Could you direct me to appropriate sources for these interfacial energy values, preferably from scientific literature?

I agree with you in that the data you looking for are less explore in literature for many reasons . At same time ,I draw your attention to the well done work by György Kaptaythe in developing a general algorithm derived to model various interfacial energies in metallic systems. I may be sure that you have looked at it, but I think that trying to practice applying equations 16 and 20 on the Al-TiC system and relying on the computational examples in Tables 1 and 2 may be easy task and will save you time.
