Dear All, We would like to establish a scientific cooperation with someone or a team having experience and computational background enabling calculation of EEG data (64 electrodes) with application of the Wavelet Coherence or other continuous connectivity measure. We have already collected EEG recordings from an experimental group (students), and our research paradigm requires the development of such data processing that will allow to estimate the change in the organization of functional connecity taking place over time.
The EEG recordins are already initially pre-processed with removed artifacts according to well-known reccomendations. We would like to offer a cooperation with participation in publications and conference presentations, we plan to expand such research also with clinical group of psychiatric patients to whom we have constand access.
My team has already several IF publications containing analyses of EEG data, and we have substantial experience with EEG outcomes.
