Most of research studies made a composite of methacrylate and polyaniline, but most of them just describes interaction is physical adhesion. But when examine the number of papers there and many metacrylate/ PANI composites such as core shell particles, composite mixtures and layered material structures.
Can somebody assist me above the discription, Is there any interactions or chemical reactions in between PANI and metacrylates?

polyaniline can not make chemical reactions with the COOH group of methacrylate because the free pair of nitrogen in the polyaniline is delocalized, the polyaniline makes van der waals interactions with the methacrylate group, but the aniline can react with methacrylate to form the amide after conversion of COOH to COCl.
Assume that the methacrylate is methyl methacrylate H2C=C(CH3)-CO-OCH3 which obviously has 2 functional groups (the C=C double bond & the ester). Neither of these groups can react with aniline or polyaniline without a Lewis acid catalyst.
Assume that methyl methacryalte is polymerized, the double bond will be lost & the ester pendant groups in PMMA cannot react with PANI.
If PMMA & PANI are blended, there will be various sites that will be involved in dipole-dipole interactions which render physical adhesion while maintaining the entities of both polymers.
