What do you exactly mean by 'Renewable Hybrid Energy'? Do you mean some combination of some kinds of renewable energy? if so, mixing wind and solar will give you the answer. I wondered if you meant something else?
The term "Hybrid" has been quite popular, not just in power, but also in automobiles!!! Hybrid cars use both gasoline and electric!! Cool.....
Hybrid Renewable means for example Combination of Solar power and wind power. Hybrid here tends to provide solution which allows individual as per availability.

First of all I am not very fond of the word "renewable". A bucket of water (treasure/deposit) ends empty and needs replenish, a tap of water (wage/income) do not.
Second we have only one soucce of energy, that is the Sun. Even coal, oil and gas was sometime life and uranium needs supernovae (only geothermal does not fit here)
My answer would be: put the tap as NEAR as possible to the AVAILABLE source and check that is there WHEN you need it. If you need light during night or heat during winter you must find a solution for storage (most difficult). The same applies if the source is as reliable as the mete (sun/clouds, wind, rain,...). Most of all do not forget that all comes with a price (check if it worthy)
In my opinion solar panels comes first (thermal or photo-voltaic) but not far from tropics. Then comes wind turbines (near shores and mountains). Follows hydro (ocean water evaporated by the Sun and rained over mountains) and recently waves (powered by winds powered by ...)
A final mention is to "heat pump" (more a technology than a source).
I have also some reluctance about (large scale industrial only) bio-gas as it exploded the price of corn lately.
Finally I realized that you did not mention if is for large scale (industrial - one source only) or small scale (household - many sources simultaneously on availability reasons) use. Technological and economical approaches are very different.

A final word. I found a couple of years ago a (documented in detail) Chinese family subsistence farm completely energy independent (it is somewhere on my many TBs in disorder for the moment). I have no time to find it now but it worth searching if it contributes to your question.

Some renewable energy sources are intermittent and their output is variable even during the same day. So it is better to think of a hybrid system between a renewable source and a non-renewable source. For example you can combine a solar heating system with an auxiliary electric heater or diesel engine power with a wind mill.
