Dear Mohamed,

Thank you for sharing those files but unfortunately none of them contains the fundamental equations modelling these processes within WOFOST. Therefore, it does not answer my question; I believe infiltration is modelled in WOFOST by solving Richards equation for 1-D; and runoff estimated as the difference from effective rainfall (since it does not simulate irrigation). However, I found no concise refferences confirming this assumption for this model.

The same applies to your answer. It does not answer my question. Those are indeed interesting references about the topic but none of them addresses the mathematics behind these two processes within WOFOST.
