Am trying to connect 'brain drain' issue, a great number of young people ( 25-30 years old) upon graduation, still living with their parents and lack of state provided housing solution for this particular group(s). Any world famous projects, case studies dealing with this issue?

You might want to check out a book that has been recently released by Routledge Publishing called "Young People and Housing: Transitions, Trajectories and Generational Fractures". It probably has some answers to the questions that you have.

My case is based in Serbia, Belgrade. Housing for youth is almost non-existent, and so forming the future model needs a strong reference from other countries. Also am looking in the concept of eco-community, which could maybe work in small scale developments as a model future community...
Hi Emillio, thanks for the reference examples, but I'm actually not looking for student housing. Am trying to see what happens to young people after they leave the 'secure nest' of the student dorm... I am aware that this category is considered to be capable enough to provide it's own housing space, but the reality of the situation in my country ( Serbia ) is different. Lots of fresh graduates struggle to find appropriate housing solutions, therefore are still living with their parents which in return has many bad consequences, one of which, decision to start a family and have children. Our demographic situation is not so great, and having only about 8 million people living in the country, this issue is one to look out for. However, will take a look at your examples, as some organization principals can be re-interpreted in terms of space saving and collective living.
