The main goal is to find the parameters to vary in other to prepare an carbon based heterogeneous catalyst coming from lignocellulosic biomass residues by doing a screening on transesterification reaction.
Reactant concentration, catalyst concentration, temperature and time are the factors influencing preparation of carbon based heterogeneous catalyst.
Do you refer to parameters of catalyst preparation? or support preparation?... Because I think you think use the activated carbon for support metal particles active in your reaction. In this case, the parameters more important are:
1. Activating reactant (acid or base?)
2. Activating reactant/biomass ratio.
3. Type of activation (physical or chemical?)
4. Temperature of carbonization.
