How do we define the size of anechoic chamber? What are influences? What are the parameters for the selection of size?
The Size of Anechoic Chamber depends upon the antenna under test, we know that the distance between the transmitting antenna and receiving antenna must be greater than 2(d)^2/ lamda, where d is the dimensions of antenna under test, also the walls of the anechoic chamber must be made up of carbon impragnated polyurthane foam such that they absorb /avoid reflections from walls. so if we can design an anechoic chamber which can incorporate both the antennas with that distance condition and they must avoid the sources of EMI .
thanks i got the length of the chamber. Now what about the height and width of the chamber if we want to design a cuboid structure?
Ensure that no part of any antenna is closer than 1 meter from the walls and 0.5 -0.7 meter from the ceiling of the shielded enclosure. Check these condition with max dimension of the antenna(i.e.,there r so many antennas we may use for testing, so while designing keep in mind the max dimension of antenna which u may use )

at first you must look to the standards ( and to the money :) ) .
For a good EMC standard you need faar field distance , at minimum
3 m. Better 10 m . So the best is to use a 10 m x 10 m and 5 m absorption chamber.

Ideally, the antenna measurements should be carried out in a fully anechoic chamber, unlike the EMC testings which used semi-anechoic chamber. The minimum frequency of measurements defines the size of chamber to achieve reliable far-field conditions and accurate results.
