There are some enzymes such as amylase, alpha-glucosidase, etc., which can be considered for the drug development of diabetes. And these are available commercially, no need to express and purify. Please let me know, if there are other such enzymes.

Yes. You can get kits of alpha-glucosidase and amylase, if u want to carry our in vitro inhibition studies.

If the activities some enzymes are modulated, diabetes can be treated, at least in vitro. Alpha-glucosidase, amylase, GSK-3, DPP-IV, etc are just a few examples. Many of them are not available commercially except alpha-glucosidase and amylase. Please let me know, if there are other such enzymes (to reduce diabetes in vitro) that are available commercially.
Which type of diabetes are you considering?
My guess is that type 2 (insulin resistance) - there is another side of the glucose production through gluconeogenesis.
