Dear experts, I've got some problems during extracting urine nucleic acid using carrier RNA to get more products. But the results showed that in the lasts products there are much more carrier RNAs than pure nucleic acids. The kit I have used is QIAamp Circulating Nucleic Acid Kit. And the brief procedures are following.

1) I've got the urinary nucleic acid products follow the original protocol the kit provide, and measured the whole concentration(it was averagely  about 13-15ng/ul).

2) I've changed the urine sample into distilled water, though other reagents and conditions have not changed, in the result, the products' concentration was about 12ng/ul, which i guess is the concentration of carrier RNA.

Cauz this problem I think it may effect the PCR result. I am wondering  if there is anyone have the problems as mine, please give some advices. Thank you.
