I read many papers, most of them used equipments including eddy covariance which is expensive, isotopics and sap flow methods which I had never used befor and complex to be used except well trained researchers.

According to many other studies, the researchers use simple methods; they only use pots and lysimeter,. Some of the plants are transplanted to soil filled pots, mulched with plastics and supplied water and others are transplanted to non-mulched pots or small size lysimeters. Then mulched pots used for measuring transpiration by frequently weighted the change of soil moisture and evapotranspiration is computed from the non-mulched pots or small size lysimeter. They also used soil sensors for changing investigating the change of soil moisture in non-mulched pots or lysimeters.

Beside field measurements by lysimeter (expensive) or Ramdas method (much cheaper but not accurate as lysimeter, you can use crop models such as AquaCrop for your purpose. Good Luck!
