It's my opinion, that HRV could be viewed as a good quantative measure of the functional cardiovascular reserve and hense the ability of the cardiovascular system to maintain homeostatic balance.

Can you please provide the information about changes in  HRV signals because  of these diseases.

All are true, especially about the channelopathias. additionally there is a very high coincidence of AV channels (endocardial cussion defects) with the ventricular (QRS) vector is in the upper half of the Caprera circle (0  to -180°) or far to the right. This can be used a a screening test. because of the central defect the AV node is positioned to the back of the heart and the ventricular depolarisation takes a different couse. hope this helps.

• Ion channel disorders (LQTS, SQTS,Brugada)
• cardiomyopathies (ARVD et HCMP)
• coronary artery disease (Ischemic sign)

Basic ECG predictor:

• HRV (HR variability)
• HRT (HR turbulence - HRTO et HRTS)
• mTWA (microvolt T-wave alternans)

I would also add manifest pre-excitation (WPW pattern) to the list.
