As we know that the dipole of DOPC (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) is created by phosphate and nitrate groups, the distance between them is approximately 5-7 Angstrem. Similarly, DOPG (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1'-rac-glycerol)) known as charged lipid have also different dipole, such as OH group and PG head. For theoretical calculation, I need the values of dipole moment or dipole potential for DOPC and DOPG lipid. Thanks in advance.
