Depending on the application there are power electronic simulators. For instance, the case of PV requires a high-bandwidth for the adjustment of the operating point according to the uploaded PV curve. In case of battery simulator, however, there is another function that should be fulfilled, which is the bidirectional ability in addition to the high-bandwidth.

2.For power electronics control circuits is the matlab/simulink

3 For Ideal power converters use PSIM.

4 For non ideal use PSPICE. For power electronics control techniques use Matlab/Simulink
