I am working in the area of Construction Management. As a part of my Ph.D. work I have developed a framework that needs validation/evaluation with experts w.r.t. its usability and I am not looking to do any kind of 'hard' validation. I have come across two standard methods 'Focus groups' and 'Delphi Technique' which involves expert opinions. I have gone through the paper by Lucko et al. (2010) Research Validation: Challenges and Opportunities in the Construction Domain.

The paper only talks about the above mentioned techniques. If any of you can point me towards techniques in socio-technical research validation wherein the artifact is validated/evaluated using experts, it will be highly appreciated.
