please some body explain me the parameter in cross and cross-Williamson EQUATION

COULD I SAID THAT: For the small values of infinite shear viscosity, the Cross-Williamson model (1965), can be derived from cross equations in which the cross exponent, m, tend to a value (1-n), in which the n is the power law flow behaviour index
