In curved and meandering channels, is the deviation angle (from the main channel direction) of each of (1) the resultant velocity vector, (2) the resultant bed shear stress, and (3) the resultant bed-load discharge is the same and if not what is the angle for each ?. I felt most work in the literature is considering one angle for the three quantities which is the flow deviation angle as tan (delta) = 11 D/r (Rozovskii 1957) where delta is the deviation angle, D is the flow depth and r is the radius of curvature .
