The data sources are:

Drainage - Topographic maps

Contour --> DEM - Topographic Maps

DEM - NRSC or SRTM

Soil - NBSS & LUP

Rainfall and Temperature - IMD

Geology - Geological Survey of India published maps

Geomorphology and Land Use/Land Cover - IRS P4 Resourcesat
