At least an emerging technique called microscale thermophoresis can be used. I have not done it myself but according to others (my colleagues who have used it and experts from NanoTemper) it's a relatively fast method to perform and does not require a lot of sample. Naturally, the amount of analytes required depends on the magnitude of the expected dissociation constant.
