Because of the current situation in Iraq there is no financial allocation to encourage the scientific side and due to the lack of scientific laboratories I am talking about the engineering specialization in Iraq needs to use modern equipment to keep pace with the developments in the world.

1) With the availability of many existing research ideas, many researchers do mistake when choosing the right research topic. They think that since the topic is new, it can be a research topic. Unfortunately, they publish those kinds of ideas in papers without thinking whether the topic is doable or not.

2) As well as, many researchers work on interesting topics but unsuitable methods/algorithms/implementation environment to achieve their research since they just want to get their research results in any way, and this lead to Non-validity of results.

Based on these two points, it can be concluded that the main cause of scientific research regression is the increment of non-qualified researchers.

While most countries in the world, including developed and developing countries, have enjoyed tremendous development in scientific research.
