The examination of the interaction zone between Fusarium oxysporum and Pseudomonas by light microscope revealed clear hyphae without septa and the presence of granulations (vesicles), these phenomena weren't observed in the control.
What could possibly have happened?
What are those vesicles?

I think that this phenomina has happend because of the antagonistic between Pseudomonas and Fusarium oxysporum.
Aqeel yousif Alshukri , 2 PDA slides were prepared, one inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum (Fo) alone (control) and another one with Fo and antagonistic Pseudomonas (test), both slides were examined under light microscope to observe the changes that occured in Fo. The observation of the test slide revealed clear hyphae without septa and the presence of granulations (vesicles) while the control slide revealed a normal Fo with septate hyphae and no granulations.
Previous studies have already reported the granulation phenomenon in other phytopathogens treated with rhizobacteria, but i couldn't find any interpretation of what could have happend, how did these granulations form? it's clearly caused by the antagonistic Pseudomonas but by what mechanism?
