what are the blood biochemical parameters which are hampered if it is estimated from the serum of haemolysed blood? does it alter the results while estimating hormones in these samples?
if any references and literature please suggest?

Free hemoglobin will increase to > 0.1 g/l, NSE will increase by about 4 µg/l per 0.1 g/l free hemoglobin. LDH-1 and ASAT (= GOT) will increase.
determinations of plasma lipids, determination of plasma protein glycation (NBT assay) are certainly affected even by slight hemolysis.

any differences in plasma and serum samples when are going for biochemical analysis in blood. some minerals are having problem as anticoagulants are added. but in blood biochemistry is there any change?

Typically, serum LDH and bilirubin levels are elevated, and haptoglobin level is decreased (undetectable in severe hemolysis). Haptoglobin binds free hemoglobin.
In immunological hemolysis, DAT (direct antiglobulin test) is positive.
