What are the best ways to measure toxicity and biodegradability of Diesel Oil-based emulsified acids with standardized ranges?
I have been working with Diesel Oil-based Emulsified Acids and need to measure their toxicity (LC50 test) and biodegradability but I am unable to find standardized ranges for Diesel based emulsion for both the tests.

Thank you for the suggested information, however, I need a standardized range (i.e. environmentally sound, allowable ppm range) diesel emulsion specified by an environmental monitoring agency, as is with water for toxicity and chemical biodegradability. So far I haven't been able to find any information published by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for Diesel Oil-based Emulsions as these are used for multiple operations in the Oil and Gas industry, including matrix acidizing.
Hi. You can base the analysis on the Diesel toxicity ranges. An analysis we do is water toxicity (IC50 test for microalgae) based on https://www.astm.org/Standards/E1218.htm. (withdrawn in January 2021 in accordance with section 10.6.3 of the Regulations Governing ASTM Technical Committees, which requires that standards shall be updated by the end of the eighth year since the last approval date)
