Brian Barnard I will look for literature review for sure. The reason I am interested in consulting companies is that we are looking on the soft skills development of consultants, which is one of the particular skills they should have.
Brian Barnard I specifically looking for HRM consulting research background, not consultants or HRM topics separately. I believe the HRM consulting population has their own specific features, values and culture, which differentiate them from other management consulting.
HRM consulting may be unique to some extent, but it is not fully unique. it still has a base and reference. it may be differentiated, but it is unlikely fully differentiated.
HRM consultants are different from other consultants only to some extent. one can still look at what consultants require in general.
HRM consulting literature may be scarce. perhaps also the reason for your post.
HRM consulting should have 2 pillars. consultants and HRM. i think you should pay equal attention to both.
