Currently PLH, (People Living with HIV+) has been treated well on particular treatment. However we also has found more finding that these treatment may not lead to AIDS, but Cancer.
Assumption to provide Early CT-Screening for PLH categories, and we need to consider also another side effect.
In another part of Nuclear Medicine - we also has found that current Dose, sometimes X-Ray, CT to Pediatric Public Health lead to Cancer as well in few years. Based on current Radiation Research we need consider to have Early Screening and Radiation Side Effect.
Based on these two condition, in which part we need to lead our Medicine 3.0. And what are the best three that has caused HIV+ lead to Cancer, not AIDS based on current research and experiments ?

The relationship between HIV infection, immunosuppression, shared risks, and certain cancers is well known. In fact, HIV was first really characterized by Kaposi's Sarcoma and has since been associated with HPV and subsequent cervical cancer/rectal cancers, HCV and hepatocellular carcinomas, and several lymphomas. Some of this is related to shared risk factors between HIV and some of these other bloodborne viruses and some of this is due to immunosuppression. There are certain cancers that are even referred to as HIV defining eg KS. It may not be right to say HIV causes cancer and not aids. HIV is causally linked to aids. The causal link between aids and cancers is currently a field of several epidemiological studies and debates. However, causality is a long shot although associations have been properly demonstrated. That said, to me, whatever the cause, the best approach for clinicians is scaling up access to HAART since it is evident that undetectable viral loads, if achieved early, will prevent OIs including cancers. Refer to the websites of Fred Hutchinson's Cancer research in Seattle USA and Uganda cancer research Institute under the leadership of Dr. Corey Casper. He has done a lot of studies on this area.
