What do you recommend as a good validated questionnaire to evaluate a serious game for physical rehabilitation.

Check Amanda Markham's article on SGAMES 2016 (http://www.springer.com/gp/book/9783319510545). They have a very good approach for the use of serious games for rehabilitation.
