Well, I can advise you to take a look at our unique approach to polyme modification of mineral surface using peroxide groups preattched onto the surface. By this way you can have an appropriately engineered and well tailored design of the compatibilizing polymer layers on the surface which will ultimately resolve in uniformly dispersed nanoparticles (of whatever nature, including metallic) in a polymeric coating. As a result, the ultimate properties of the dispersion could be enhanced.

"R2R" - do you mean a 2-roll-mill? what polymer and what nanoparticles do you intend to use? (your question is still quite fuzzy, so I can not really recommend anything specific yet)
