S.Pasteurii is one of the mostly used bacterium for the calcite depositions using biological means. To have an optimal growthof this bacterium, what are the most suitable conditions?

The best way to find answer for this question is finding which condition this bacterium was grown and trying by your won to apply all this conditions . the best condition will be the condition which can give the highest cfu/g.
