I think that using bipolar is better you can use saline soulution and tge energy diffusion is really low
However with monopolar energy the deep energy diffusion is higher and you habe to use special media that has higher rate of TURP syndrome especilly for big intracavital myoma
And thus you will be limited by time
And I agree with the previous answer a good learning curve is mandatory
I recommended to change to bipolar if not possible use concomitant sonographhy to determine the depth of the myoma and train very well tge time will be limited due to turp syndrome
