What are the appropriate tools to perform the Radiometric Calibration and Atmospheric Correction of Kompsat-2 ?

Hello,

I'm using Kompsat-2 images acquired in 2012, and I'm looking for the appropriate tools to perform both the Radiometric Calibration and Atmospheric Correction. I tried to do it with ENVI 5.3 software package, but it declared a warning of Gain and Offset missing.
