RGQ might need a clean room setting but more sensitive with temperature variation less than 0.2 degree between wells. PikoReal is a simpler system but with slightly larger temperature variation. But still it strongly depends on your technical handling of the reagents.
The RGQ is more commonly used in routine diagnostic labs than PikoReal. The RGQ has two carousel formats, for 36 and 72 sampls respectively. The tubes for 72 is very small to handle, hence, I am more comfortable with the one with 36 samples.
As for the PikoReal, the instrument is pretty small. I once wanted to evaluate, however, I did not even start after I have the instrument on my lab bench. I was just not used to work with such small plates and volumes.
