I am working in a project to collect cost data from the contractors of construction projects. My task is to create data sheets for the contractors to filling data. I am thinking about using Access, Qualtrics, or webpage for this job. Since I have no experience for this works while it is highly important in the success of the following phases, I really want to ask if you have any experience with those types softwares (advantages or disadvantages) or any better tool for this task.
