I apologise for asking this, but to me it is not clear to what kind of "construction" you are talking about.

Are you talking about:

• "construction" as "organising the institution" in terms of work processes, management structure and hierarchy etc. or
• "construction" as "building a curriculum" of courses for the institution or
• "construction" as "designing and building" the building with a certain method of educational work in mind.

I'm sorry that I didn't clearly explain my question. My study is about the conceptual cost estimation and decision support system on university construction projects, so I think I will need information about the work process such as bidding, project approval by the Board of Trustee. But first, I want to look for any related discussion about educational construction to have general view. then I will narrow down my works to my related study. 

I think educational construction requires special attention to the safety of students and especially females who are outnumbering the males now. We have to stay at the libraries at late hours, so proper lighting is very important in and outside the classrooms and in the car parks.
