Sir, I was doing brain storming and found few benefits such as:
1. Health insurance for employees (A short run cost but provide amicable solution to owner against medical expenses of their employees and family members)
2. Minimisation of resource shortage (Due to good health)
3. neat and clean office premises
4. Brand and market value
5. greater awareness and knowledge regarding machine (for employees)
Additionally it can be considered: - The image of the organization to fulfill social responsibility, - Lower environmental impact, reduction of waste or waste of materials, - A mini ecosystem in the company, generating a lower incidence of illness, - Reduction of stress due to pollution, in the long term. I hope these suggestions help you ...
Firm image, mini eco system, lower illness cases, waste minimisation are from firm's perspective where as lower environmental impact can be from social dimension.
From your suggestions, one could be job safety and security.
