In many articles and chapters,primary concentrate was on cell impedance measurment but i can not find articles that focus on cell and ECM impedance measurment.

Cell impedance can be measured with CellZscope from Nanoanalytics. It also determines trans endothelial resistance.

ECM is Abbreviated of extracellular Matrix.
My goals in my project is to measure impedance of ECM and scaffold in two situations, first The cells are not yet on the scaffold and second cells are on scaffold .
Do you have any idea for impedance measuring in these situations?

I suggest you look into electric cell-substrate impedance sensing (ECIS). It's a non-invasive technique that gives sub-micro resolution, and real time recording of cell impedance.
