As per my knowledge, if you want to do annealing on Cantor alloy, it is better to take the lowest melting point element in the alloy as a referring element. Do below/equal to its recrystallization temperature.

Muhammad Atif The melting point of High entropy (Cantor) alloy (CoCrFeNiMn) is around 1350oC. The annealing temperature ranges from around 300oC to 1100oC.
