We are working on a project proposal for a cross disciplinary journalism/interaction design project about storytelling forms such as 'series', 'events', 'platform stories', 'human interest', 'location based storytelling' etc.
One thing that pops-up is that such forms build upon or introduce different types of engagement (engagement with a story, with a person, with once neighborhood, etc.). Curious to find out whether there are taxonomies in the field of interactive storytelling that could provide us with pointers for these different forms of engagement.
