Insulin Jet delivers insulin subcutaneously without using needle. It is achieved by pressurizing the liquid through a small orifice which creates high speed jet that can penetrate the skin and underlying tissue.

Nowadays Dermajet is not abailable in the market..

It is better at places where injecting manually is difficult otherwise manual intralesional injection is always better as we can reach the ecact site and deliver the medicine.
