What are appropriate stimulatory doses of Poly(I:C) that don't result in apoptosis?

I want to stimulate neurons with Poly(I:C) but don't want to cause apoptosis. My seeding is 175,000 cells per well. Reading around, 10ug to 100ug of Poly(I:C) per ml will do but I can't tell if that would result in apoptosis. I imagine most experience is with immune cells and not neurons, but info on any cell type would be useful. Thanks.
