Bioassays in which insects from a wild population are exposed to a

fixed dose of insecticide designed to reliably kill susceptible insects, so

that any survivors may be assumed to be resistant. The WHO standard

method is long-established, whereas the Centers for Disease Control

and Prevention (CDC) method is more recently developed. best regards

Dose of insecticide, body coverage pigments on insect cuticle, thickness of cuticle, the rate of ability to move  are some of the characters influencing insecticide resistance
