What are all the mode of transmission of virus from plant to plant?

Kindly give your opinion/view about mode of transmission of virus from plant to plant. I heard that there are different factors plays an important role in transmission of virus from plant to plant i.e., vector transmission and sap transmission etc., if it so which factor is transmitting more than others.
