According to abcam: If an antibody is working in IP, this is a good indication that it will work in RIP.

If you mean native RNA-IPs then Abcam info is right. Basically it is same as co-IP, but you look for RNA in the immuno-precipitate (obviously the protocol will have additional steps for RNA protection and preventing non-specific binding).
