I was hoping those working with organotypic or acute brain slices might be able to point me in the right direction of the equipment needed to aerate aCSF or brain cutting solution.

I am struggling to find online what equipment is needed other than 95:5 O2:CO2 gas.

I thought perhaps a simple aquarium aerator might do the trick...but I guess you need an inlet for the gas.

Which aeration products are you using?
