What Acceleration and deceleration should I use for my thermo scientific st40 centrifuge?

I am using a st40 centrifuge and it has a acceleration and deceleration setting I have never used before in other centrifuges. I am utilizing the centrifuge to separate stool from ethanol after a ethanol shock. What acceleration and deceleration setting should I set it to? I am operation at 3600 rpm and 10 minutes.
