In the offensive world, i.e. pentesters, red teamers it is pretty usefull. The keyword here would be 'offensive chatgpt'

Thanks for the valuable answer. I think, chatgpt is just a machine learning tool can be used for both offensive as well defensive in cyber security. I just want to know about the both perspective. That's why i am highlighting a general word here.

The more interesting use (beyond the obvious First level attack generation mentioned in prior comments) would be Chatgpt coupled with Steganography to generate "higher Level" attacks thru the development of "enhanced" data available for unauthorized data access. This would seem to be the ultimate "honeypot style" defensive tool. Further, if a time delay mechanism such as a "sleeping pill" were incorporated to insure the data was past at least a couple of "data backup cycles" the problems generated for the "Sanitization team" in Identifying their infection source and Purging the infection, could be very resource intensive. While this scenario would not preclude a enemy from collecting unauthorized data in a specific instance, (i.e. If they thought the risk was worth the reward), I think it might stop the generalized "sweeping up" of data being done currently and at least force a risk vs reward analysis.

AI's involvement in cybersecurity, technological and ethical hurdles, and future trends are relevant to incorporating ChatGPT in cybersecurity situations. They can be found in publications and academic databases or libraries.
One important aspect to keep in mind is that for ChatGPT & ChatGPT Plus you are sharing your information with OpenAI and their systems. ChatGPT Enterprise would be recommended for companies that are handling data for their clients. Even then I would not use it for data of clients. That is of course tricky if you want to use it for writing letters.
One big issue is that the border between applications / services and AI systems will become more fluid when AI is integrated into many systems such as Office. If the AI would receive data from your inbox then it is almost certain that it will contain data that should not be shared. This may become a very big issue when it comes to e.g. EU GDPR compliance.
Even now a lot of companies that are directly responsible for EU citizen data make use of US-based cloud services which is something that directly impacts GDPR.
Another big issue is that it is not so good with numbers. I've seen multiple times that it can get calculations wrong by confusing thousands with millions. These systems are currently far from foolproof.
