However, how these laws are applied to conduct new research, to develop new solutions represents a challenging task. Please try to describe your experience on applying these laws to conform or arrive to novel and useful scientific or technical solutions.
I have a problem of understanding with the concept law in this question. In my biograpnical experience as student in the school system of German Democratic Republic in the 1950s all mentioned "laws" appeared as part of Marxist theory of Dialectic Materialsm, originally developed by Friedrich Engels in his treatise "Anti-Dühring" - on the background of (and in oppoosition to) Hegel's philosophy. So it is part of a speculative philosophy which had in its time the claim to formalate "laws" of nature (like laws of physics). The mentioned three laws are more Marxist faith than a theory (near ar religion) whitout debatable arguments. In particular the assertion of an sudden transition from quantity to quality (in German: Übersprung-Theorie) is rated today as one of the classic errors of Marxism.

1. Is there any recommendation or experience to conduct research based on laws of dialectics?
2. It is possible to stablish a proper path or research trayectory in advance by the laws of dialectics?
3. It is possible to reduce uncertinty on selecting the proper hyphotesis by using a priori laws of dialectics?

I confess: I don't know, where such "experiences" exists. Your question is absolutely justified, but the answer must give today better informed colleagues from philosophy. You asked carefully "It is possible..." So in my very limited knowledge I tend to develop some remarks or notes.
Of course it is possible to study relevant Marxist philosophers today and investigate their relationship to to the Dialectic Materialsm of Marx' and Engels. But the most relevant Marxist philosophers o f youger time are dead. Ernst Bloch, T.W. Adorno, M. Horkheimer in Germany, Antonio Gramsci in Italy, Leszek Kolakowski in Poland; Slavoj Žižek from Slovenia is living, but also an follower of Lacan.
I don't see a new star for the younger generation of philosophers to be a Marxist, of course plays Marxism as basic for critical views on society, economics, alienation etc. always a remaining important role. And this will remain also in future. That means there exists a valueble legacy of Marxism. Marxist ideas were always good for critical analysis of society, but it was and is not satisfying in answering the question how to change the miserable state of the social world.
So you may at first try to get an overview about the level of discussion regarding Marxism today. A second step would be to investigate one or two suitable Marxist philosophers regarding Dialectics. A third step would to concentrate of one or a few central aspects of dialectics in some areas: reification, work class fight etc. - This is my - not satisfying answer to your first question. Both further questions I can only answer with common sense logics: Certainly, it is possible: a) to shape a proper path for your investigation in limiting the question, b) to reduce uncertainty by finding the proper hypothesis, but the task opens a wide field of opportunities and you need support of colleagues who are experts in this field.
