Dear all ,

I want to perform western blotting to quantify a protein in postmenopausal normal  and endometrial cancer tissue samples in addition to endometrial cell lines , my question I want to quantify the protein in epithelial cell only not in stroma ,what should I do?  Do I need to normalise to an epithelial marker such as pan cytokeratin ? and  if yes in this case shall I do the house keeping gene also or not?
