Hey guys,
i'm looking for a general answer. My actual lab is blocking their WB with 5% Milk in TBST and then using 0,5% for the 1. and 2. antibody solution.
My last lab was using 5% milk for blocking and antibody incubation.
How much milk do you use and WHY?
I can't find out the reason my lab mates reduce milk for antibody incubation.
